Yes. Each technician has a license record with cert type and expiry date. Refrigerant work is tagged with required skills, and the dispatch board only shows qualified techs — with a hard warning if you try to assign someone whose 608 has lapsed.

How do recurring maintenance contracts work?

Set a recurrence rule per service agreement (monthly, quarterly, biannual, annual). The system auto-generates the visit schedule out to your configured horizon. Visits land on the dispatch board; jobs and invoices follow on the cadence you set.

Can I track equipment by serial number?
